Q. What is a tub liner?

A: A tub liner is the modern and economical way to eliminate your unsightly bathtub or shower.  It is made from a single sheet of high grade acrylic using a mold that is matched to your existing tub or shower ensuring a perfect fit.

Q. How long do they last?

A: Our liners come with lifetime warranty backed by BCI Acrylics, one of the largest manufacturers of tub/shower liners and accessories.

Q. Why acrylic?

A: The acrylic used for our tub liners are made from a single .270” thick sheet which is the thickest in the industry.  Acrylic is non-porous and will not support the growth of mold or mildew.  Acrylic will not chip, peel, fade, crack, or stain like other surfaces used.  Acrylic is also energy efficient, retaining 3 times more heat than steel or cast iron tubs.  It is also warm to the touch making it one of the most comfortable surfaces to lay in.

Q. Will my liner fit properly and feel right?

A: Yes.  We take several measurements of your tub or shower, as well as pictures, then send the information to the factory.  With the data we provide, they match your tub to one of more than 500 molds which match yours precisely.  Using the correct mold, they form a matching tub liner which, when installed, will produce a perfect fit with a solid feel.

Q. What about the walls?

A: We offer the same low maintenance materials for your walls and ceiling also.  It is available in several colors, patterns and textures.  And best of all, it is formed at the factory to allow for installation right over your existing tile.  No need for all the mess of conventional construction.

Q. It is OK to just cover up the old walls?

A: We always inspect the present conditions to ensure they are structurally sound.  If unsatisfactory conditions exist, you will be advised of the problem and proper solutions will be presented.  We will be available to complete repairs or you are welcome to have someone else do the work.

Q. Should I be concerned about the mold on my walls?

A: No.  All surfaces will be treated with a moldicide prior to tub or wall system installation.

Q. What if I want a new value?

A: We offer new tub / shower values and trim available in the latest styles and finishes.

Q. Can you install shower doors or curtains?

A. Yes.  Shower doors and curtain rods are a normal part of our installations and we have several styles available.

Q. How can you do it in 1 day?

A. Most of the work is done in the factory before we come to your house.  Also, our system eliminates the time, mess, and inconvenience of typical bathroom remodeling.  Typically, there is no demolition or sheet rock replacement.  There are some jobs, due to wall conditions, that may take two days to complete.

Q. Can I replace a tub with a large shower?

A. Absolutely . . . . many of our clients prefer the easy access to a shower instead of stepping over tub walls.  We do conversions often and have some very exciting options available.

Q. It is affordable?

A. Yes . . .  The systems and products we use makes us one of the most economical remodeling options anywhere and we believe we provide, by far, the greatest value of any choice you have.  As an option, we also accept major credit cards.

Q. Can you install other products?

A. Yes . . . We believe our system is a very good choice; however, if a client prefers a stone, granite or marble look, we can accommodate their needs.

Q. Where is your showroom?

A. For your convenience, we provide our mobile showroom which we can bring right to your home.  No need for you to waste time or money.  In order to continue offering our low prices, we choose not to rent expensive showroom space or advertise on mass media like TV.

Q. Are you a franchise?

A. No.  Because we are not a franchise, we have the ability to offer our clients the widest range of materials available.
